Hi, I’m Claire. I design digital products that make complex things feel simple.
I work across UX, UI, and interaction design, creating clear, intuitive, and thoughtful experiences from idea to launch. My work spans AI, Web3, and emerging technology, where clarity and usability matter most.
I started by designing experiences for children, including World of Peppa Pig and Play Doh. That foundation shaped how I think about simplicity, empathy, and meaningful interaction. My work has been recognised by Cannes Lions, Webby, One Show, and Clio.
I care about clarity, craft, and designing experiences that feel human.

August 2021 - Feb 2024
Led design of user-friendly cryptocurrency payment interface, prioritizing security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and ease of use. Collaborated with PMs and Engineers to design user flows for existing and new features, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with app architecture. Conducted user interviews and testing to identify needs and pain points, informing app improvements. Created reports for internal stakeholders to raise awareness of user feedback and drive overall app enhancements. Built prototypes for user testing, serving as a communication tool with stakeholders and providing proof of concept for investors. Played a significant role in comprehensive app reskin, redesigning and improving design system for enhanced user experience, modern aesthetics, and increased satisfaction. Curated a collection of design examples and references to serve as a "north star," inspiring the team and guiding them towards a cohesive and compelling design direction.

January 2022 - May 2022
Led the design and enhancement of venture companies associated with Arlene Dickinson, spanning e-commerce websites. Ensured alignment with both user and business objectives by leveraging insights from analytics data, personas, and employing tools such as sitemaps, user journeys, UX audits, and wireframes. Provided recommendations on how to improve on their products which helped reach stakeholder’s goals and 95% annual increase in sales and growth Created UX prototypes and wireframes for age-appropriate pre-school mobile games from ideation to end user. Contributed to a multi-product design system for UI components. Conducted landscape research of competitive experiences for input into discovery process of new app features. Created a division-wide presentation on Apple awards criteria.

November - December 2021
Designed a video chat interface for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to read people’s emotions through emojis. The product is designed to assist ASD users to read non-ASD user’s emotions and understand non-verbal cues. Designed and developed a comprehensive user story and user journey, wireframes, and prototypes with accessibility and inclusivity in mind for neurodivergent users. This was used as the foundation of building the product. The product received numerous awards and recognition such as Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, D&AD Awards, and is now being implemented in Google.

August - November 2021
Collaborated with game designers, developers and product managers through Dual-Track Agile and tackled ambiguous design challenges and combined broad concepts and innovated unique concepts of experience for preschool games. Created UX prototypes and wireframes for age-appropriate pre-school mobile games from ideation to end user. Contributed to a multi-product design system for UI components. Conducted landscape research of competitive experiences for input into discovery process of new app features. Created a division-wide presentation on Apple awards criteria.
